The second phase of the 133rd Canton Fair runs from April 23 to April 27, focusing on products for daily use, such as toys, gardening products, kitchenware, household items, and home decorations.
Having an exhibiting area of 505,000 square meters, this phase features more than 24,000 booths, an increase of more than 20 percent compared with the previous Canton Fair.
About 1.35 million showpieces are on display online from various companies, including nearly 400,000 new products, accounting for 30 percent of the whole, as well as about 250,000 green and low-carbon products.
A total of about 130 enterprises from 26 countries and regions have set up booths in 13 exhibition sections, with the exhibited items including gifts, kitchenware, and household items.
Moreover, a new exhibition section for maternity, baby, and children’s products has also been set up to showcase nearly 1,000 kinds of related products including baby clothes, accessories and furniture, infant education supplies as well as maternal and infant electrical appliances.
The first phase of the 133rd Canton Fair ended on April 19, with an exceeding 1.26 million visitors. Covering 20 exhibition areas for categories including household appliances, building materials and bathroom products, the first phase has attracted 12,911 companies to participate in the offline exhibition, among which 3,856 are new exhibitors.
